Booking Conditions

1. Scope

These general conditions govern all bookings for tattoo projects (Flashes or custom pieces) made on the website mistermonster.studio with the artist MisterMonster.

2. Age Requirement (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old at the time of your tattoo session. A valid photo ID may be requested. No minors will be tattooed, even with parental consent.

3. Booking Deposit

All bookings require a deposit paid online via Stripe. This deposit secures your appointment slot and reserves the design (for flashes).

Non-Refundability: The booking deposit is strictly **non-refundable**, except in the event of cancellation or rescheduling by the artist.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule, you must notify the artist at least 48 hours in advance via email or messaging.

• If notified at least 48 hours in advance, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date (limited to a single reschedule).
• If notified less than 48 hours in advance, your deposit is permanently forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another slot.

5. Medical Conditions

It is your responsibility to inform the artist of any medical conditions, contraindications, allergies (to inks, metals, or products), blood disorders, or ongoing medical treatments. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you cannot get tattooed.
